Payment Terms

 

1. Initial Payment:

An advance payment of 50% is required upon signing the contract to begin the development of the SMM panel. This advance secures your place in the project queue and covers the initial work.

 

2. Remaining Payment:

The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the project and before the final delivery of the SMM panel. If the client requests additional features or services beyond the initial scope, these will incur extra charges.

 

 

3. Payment Methods:

Payments are accepted through [UPI, Paytm, Bank Transfer, or other payment methods].

Cancellation Policy

 

1. Post-Start Cancellation:

Once work on the SMM panel has started, cancellation is possible, but no refund will be provided for any amounts already paid. This applies to both the initial advance and any further payments made for the work completed up to that point.

1. Third-Party Scripts:

For the development of the SMM panel, Krishost will use third-party scripts. While we guide you through the setup and development process, we do not take responsibility for any security breaches, bugs, or issues arising from the third-party scripts used in the platform.

 

 

2. Client Responsibility:

After the development and delivery of the SMM panel, the full responsibility for the platform lies with the client. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

Security issues, including hacking or unauthorized access

 

Payment-related issues, including failed transactions or payment disputes

 

Platform management, ongoing maintenance, and any third-party updates or fixes

Legal Considerations Under Indian Law

 

1. Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Krishost follows the guidelines that apply to service contracts. Clients can terminate the contract, but the payment terms will still be governed by the signed agreement. Refunds are not applicable once the development has started.

 

 

2. Breach of Contract:

If either party fails to fulfill their obligations as per the contract, such as payments or delivery, the other party may claim compensation for damages. Any disputes will be resolved under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and may be subject to legal proceedings.

 

 

3. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution:

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably first. If this fails, the dispute will be handled through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

 

 

4. Jurisdiction:

Legal disputes related to this agreement will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State], India.
