Pritam Das, born in June 2008 in the small town of Cooch Behar, West Bengal, is a young and ambitious entrepreneur making strides in the business world. At just 16 years old, he has already demonstrated remarkable perseverance and creativity in his entrepreneurial journey.

Coming from a family with a business background—his father runs a paper product manufacturing business—Pritam was inspired to explore his own ventures. After facing setbacks with two startups, Pritam successfully launched his third venture, Krishost, a web hosting company focused on catering to local and national needs.

Krishost became profitable within two months, driven by Pritam’s innovative mindset and customer-first approach. With a clear vision, he aims to establish Krishost as a leading Indian tech brand.

Pritam lives by his signature philosophy, “Fiteim”—an acronym for “Fuel is Time, Engine is Mind”—which reflects his belief that time and mental effort are the most critical resources for success. This mindset fuels his determination to grow not only Krishost but also his other ventures:

He is also working on an edtech platform (Shikshaloy) to enhance learning for Madhyamik students through engaging animations and interactive tools.

Despite financial challenges, Pritam’s entrepreneurial journey showcases resilience, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of innovation. In addition to his business ventures, he is improving his English and Spanish skills and proudly greets the world with "Radhe Radhe," a nod to his cultural roots.
