Krishost Refunds and Cancellation Policy

 

Refund Policy

At Krishost, we value our customers and strive to provide excellent service. Below is our updated refund policy:

 

Refunds for Eligible Services

Refunds are available within 7 days of service activation for the following:

 

Shared Hosting

 

WordPress Hosting

 

Cloud Hosting

 

Offshore Hosting

 

 

Refunds are valid for services purchased with 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans only. Refunds are not available for:

 

Annual plans

 

Domain purchases

 

Any Reseller Hosting plans

 

 

A transaction fee will be deducted from the refund as gateway charges.

 

Non-refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are non-refundable:

 

Dedicated servers

 

Domains

 

Reseller hosting services

 

Additional services such as SSL certificates, third-party tools, and installation fees

 

 

Refund Eligibility for Offshore Services

Refunds for Offshore Hosting are available within 7 days of activation. However, refunds are not available if you are found hosting illegal content or engaging in activities such as phishing or creating government portal clones.

 

Refund Eligibility for Website Development Services

For website development services, no refunds will be issued for compatibility issues caused by third-party components (e.g., plugins, themes). We will assist in resolving any issues related to our services, but refunds are not applicable in such cases.

 

Cancellation Process

 

Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Any violation of applicable laws or hosting policies will lead to immediate suspension without a refund.

 

Customers must cancel services at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

 

 

Data Retention Policy

For hosting services:

 

Data will be retained for 30 days after the service expiration.

 

If not renewed within this period, Krishost will not be responsible for data loss.

 

 

For website development services:

 

Website data is retained as long as hosting services are active.

 

 

Krishost Wallet Policy

Funds added to the Krishost Wallet are non-refundable. The wallet balance can only be used for future purchases or renewals and does not expire as long as you remain a Krishost customer.

 

Licenses and Server Management

No refunds will be issued for purchased software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHM) or server management services once implemented, including Critical Error Management, Firewall Configuration, and DDoS Protection.

 

Refund Processing

For eligible refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
