Terms and Conditions of Krishost

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Krishost's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms
1.1 Krishost provides web hosting services, including Shared Hosting, Business Packages, Reseller Hosting, and domain registration services. While we operate as a reseller of hosting and domain services, all services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism.

1.2 By using Krishost's services, you agree to host content responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 Krishost reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Hosting and Domain Services
2.1 Uptime Guarantee: Krishost provides a 99.99% uptime guarantee. However, downtime may occur due to server updates or maintenance by our providers. We strive to restore services promptly in such cases.

2.2 Reseller Hosting and WHMCS Ownership:
Krishost provides reseller hosting services and WHMCS (Web Host Manager Complete Solution) through our providers. The legal ownership of the servers and WHMCS licensing lies with our providers. Krishost has purchased these services as part of its reseller hosting package.

2.3 Domain Registration:
Domain registration is handled through our providers. Users must ensure their domains comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal activities associated with a domain (e.g., phishing, malware, or copyright violations) can result in the termination of the domain without notice or refund.

2.4 Risk and Responsibility: Hosting your website or registering a domain is at your own risk. Any unlawful activities or violations leading to reports or complaints are your responsibility. Krishost will not be liable for such incidents, and accounts may be permanently terminated without notice or refund.

2.5 Prohibited Activities: Hosting phishing pages, malware, illegal content, or engaging in activities such as cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Payment and Suspension Policy
3.1 Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.

3.2 Services will be suspended if payment is overdue by 1 day and permanently terminated after 1 month of non-payment.

3.3 Late Payment Fees: Late payments may incur additional fees. In particular, if you miss the renewal date for a domain, you may be required to pay extra charges to recover or renew the domain. These charges are based on the policies of our domain providers and are beyond Krishost’s control. We strongly recommend renewing domains before their expiry date to avoid such penalties or potential loss of ownership.

3.4 Service Suspension and Reactivation: Krishost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service if you breach any part of these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or misuse the service. Suspended accounts may incur a reactivation fee.

3.5 Services that are not renewed within 30 days of expiration will be terminated, and any associated data may be lost without recovery.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Krishost offers a 7-day money-back guarantee, applicable only if the features provided do not match those promised in your service plan.

4.2 Refunds are not applicable for user violations, resource overuse, or prohibited activities.

5. Data Backup Policy
5.1 Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Krishost provides complimentary backups for select hosting services for up to 7 days.

5.2 Accounts exceeding 3GB of storage or with expired services may not qualify for backups unless services are promptly renewed.

5.3 Backup services are provided as an additional benefit and are not guaranteed.

6. Resource Usage Policy
6.1 Krishost’s Shared Hosting plans include unlimited resources; however, excessive resource consumption that affects server performance may result in service limitations or suspension.

6.2 Activities such as cryptocurrency mining, bulk file sharing, or any non-standard use are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Domain Ownership and Termination
7.1 Domains registered through Krishost are subject to the terms and conditions of our providers.

7.2 Users must not engage in any illegal activities using their domain. Any domain associated with phishing, malware, spam, or other unlawful activities may be terminated without notice or refund.

7.3 Krishost reserves the right to suspend or terminate domains if they violate laws, regulations, or provider policies.

8. Customer Support and Assistance
8.1 Krishost offers 24/7 support via email and WhatsApp to assist with hosting and domain-related issues. However, Krishost is not responsible for resolving legal disputes or issues arising from user activities.

8.2 Users must cooperate with our team during troubleshooting or service restoration processes.

9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1 Krishost is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages caused by user activities, including hosting illegal or harmful content or misuse of domains.

9.2 Users agree to indemnify Krishost against any legal claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of our services.

10. Account and Domain Termination
10.1 Krishost reserves the right to terminate accounts or domains permanently if users violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10.2 Terminated accounts or domains are ineligible for refunds or reinstatement.

11. Changes to Service Terms
11.1 Krishost may update its Terms of Service from time to time. All changes will be communicated through email or posted on the website. By continuing to use our services, you accept these changes. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly check for updates to ensure compliance.

12. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
12.1 Krishost values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We comply with data protection regulations relevant to our services.

13. Third-Party Providers
13.1 Krishost may rely on third-party providers for certain services, such as domain registration, hosting infrastructure, or email services. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party providers. If a third-party provider experiences an issue, Krishost will work to resolve it, but we cannot guarantee a fix within a specific timeframe.

14. Service Transfer (Effective Date: 16th April 2025)
14.1 If you wish to transfer your domain or hosting services to another provider, a transfer fee may apply as outlined at the time of purchase.
14.2 Users are responsible for managing the transfer process with the new provider, and Krishost will assist as needed.
14.3 Domain or hosting account transfers between Krishost accounts will incur a ₹50 fee.
14.4 Domain transferring from Krishost (by third-party provider) to another provider will incur ₹500 (Sometimes it can be discounted).
14.5 Domain Terms and Conditions from the Registrar: Domains are subject to the terms and conditions of the registrar where they are registered. To know your registrar, you can perform a WHOIS domain lookup by entering your domain name. You are agreed both by registering account on Krishost.
14.6 Registrar Identification Assistance: If you want, you can ask us to identify who your registrar is through our system. We will help you find this information so that you can review their terms and conditions accordingly.
